Setting up your contact information

Adding your contact details is really easy on TrackerTags, from your user account's top menu, hover over "Account Details".

Here you can select your contact details to update:

  • Mobile phone numbers
  • Landline phone numbers
  • Email addresses

These are all entered using the same method, simply click on the relevant Add button and in the pop-up window enter the new details. You have the option to set it to "Private" - this checkbox allows you to hide this entry from any publicly-shown missing advert or to a finder of your pet (you can then use private contact details for account alerts).

Edit and Delete buttons do as you would imagine, using the same simple method as above.

Mobile phones - when adding a mobile phone, you'll need to select the country you live in from the drop-down list. This is because the TrackerTags system works internationally; we send SMS alerts and messages to users all over the world from our base in the UK.

All information you enter is only shown on missing pages and finder pages, unless you have set details to private.

We never share any of your details with third parties, nor will we send you loads of sales or marketing - we hate spam as much as you do. We'd like to email you with occasional news of updates to the TrackerTags system or special offers, but that's all; even then, we produce these in-house, so your contact details are never shared outside TrackerTags.
